I needed a screen replacement on my wife’s 10” gen 7 I pad, in a hurry. She used it while nursing all day everyday, since 2019. She retired last year and still uses it. It fell on the floor recently and the screen broke. I found Plugged- in wireless on a Google search. Spoke to Karen. I explained what I needed and he said just come in. I brought my problem to Karen and he quoted a price, I felt it was an honest price, and he immediately started working on it. While he was working I had plenty of questions regarding repair, he walked me through everything he was doing. I felt completely relaxed and informed.
